Two women holding hands — connection and trust

About Us

The space is held by two practitioners who share a deep commitment to creating genuine, safe environments for reconnection.

Martina — Yoga teacher

Yoga & Movement

Martina

A yoga teacher and architecture student, shaped by movement, travel, and living between Hungary, Switzerland, Asia, and India. Currently based in Austria.

She has always been interested in space — not only physical space, but how we experience it internally. This is what led her to yoga. Her time in Rishikesh shaped her practice deeply, but what stayed with her most is not a specific technique — it is the importance of listening.

In her teaching, she creates space to slow down, to observe, and to actually feel what is there. She doesn't see yoga as performance, but as a way of becoming more aware — of the body, the breath, and the mind as one system.

Her classes are slow and strong, but also quiet in a way. Influenced by Japanese minimalism and the idea that space itself is part of the practice — not everything needs to be filled.

"For me, yoga is not separate from life. It is a way of relating differently — with more presence, more honesty, and more attention to what is already there."

Breathwork & Sound

Fruzsina

Originally from Hungary, her path has taken her through different places, including Switzerland, before eventually settling in Bali. Living and learning in these environments has shaped how she relates to the body, to emotions, and to the nervous system.

Over the past years, she has deepened her work through more than 400 hours of breathwork training, alongside exploring sound, movement, and water-based practices. What became most important to her is not only the techniques, but how to create a space where people feel safe enough to soften, to open, and to allow whatever needs to move through the body.

In her work, she gently guides people back to themselves — creating spaces for slowing down, reconnecting, and experiencing a more grounded and balanced way of being.

"This journey has deeply transformed how I experience myself, and it is what continues to inspire me to hold spaces where others can reconnect in their own way."
