The Practices
Throughout the retreat, you will be guided through practices that support both your body and your nervous system. These include breathwork, yoga, movement, meditation, sound healing, and connection games. Each element is designed to help regulate your nervous system, release built-up tension, and create a deeper sense of safety and balance in the body.
Alongside the practices, there is space for rest, time in nature, and simply being without pressure or expectation.

The Setting
The retreat takes place in the Tuscan countryside, surrounded by olive trees and open nature. A quiet, family-run space designed for slow living and connection.
Here, life moves at a different pace. Days unfold between the house, the garden, and the natural surroundings. A place where you can step away from noise and constant stimulation, and settle into something simpler and more real.


Nourishment
Meals are prepared with care, using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Many of them grown right here in the garden. Including fresh olive oil produced on the land, bringing a simple, authentic taste of the place.
Three nourishing meals are served daily, shared together in a relaxed, family-like atmosphere. Dietary needs and preferences can be accommodated, so you can feel fully supported.
